Biography
Jay Robb has reviewed business books for the Hamilton Spectator since 1999. His reviews run every second week in the Spectator's Careers section.
Jay graduated from the University of Western Ontario (Harvard of the North) with degrees in Political Science (less useful) and Journalism (more useful).
After a brief and unspectacular stint as a reporter, Jay crossed over to the dark side of PR where he has worked in the non-profit, public and private sectors, doing employee communications, media relations, speechwriting, community relations, special events, issues management, crisis communications and other duties as assigned.
Jay lives in Hamilton, Ontario with his very patient wife and two great kids who don't consider business books to be bedtime reading.
